Order Processing
Orders take 24 to 48 hours to process before shipping.
Processing includes order verification, packing, and dispatch.
Orders placed in the U.S. after 11:45 PM EST on Friday or during the weekend will be processed the following business week.

Worldwide Shipping:
• Standard Shipping (9–14 business days): $4.90
• Express Shipping (4–9 business days): $9.99
Business days are Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). Shipping times are estimates.

Shipping Limits & Exceptions
Due to customs regulations, shipping may not be available to some countries.
We do not ship to countries under OFAC sanctions, including:
Balkans, Belarus, Burma (Myanmar), Côte d’Ivoire, Cuba, DR Congo, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Zimbabwe.
Some remote areas may take longer to deliver.

Delays & Import Fees
Delivery times are counted from the shipping date.
Delays can occur due to incorrect addresses, weather issues, customs clearance, or other unexpected reasons.
Import duties, taxes, and additional fees are not included in product or shipping prices. These are the buyer’s responsibility.

Order Confirmation & Tracking
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your payment is complete.
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number by email.
If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately with different tracking numbers.

Order Cancellation & Changes
You can request to cancel or modify your order (quantity, size, color, or address) within 12 hours of purchase.
To request changes, contact us at support@Nezliy.com (available 24/7).
After 12 hours, orders are processed automatically and can’t be changed.
If a late cancellation is approved after 12 hours, a 15% cancellation fee will apply to cover processing costs.
